Note

Those who register as students must upload a copy of their student card as proof of status during registration.
For the accompanying person the registration fee include: Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Conference Gadgets

Refund Policy

Applying for a refund 30 days before the conference charges no handling fee;
Apply for a refund 15 to 30 days (inclusive) before the conference charges 30% of the total amount as handling fee when refund;
Apply for a refund 7 to 15 days (inclusive) before the conference charges 50% of the total amount as handling fee when refund;
Registration fee can not be refund within 7 days before the conference starts.
After the refund application is approved, the electronic invoice issued will be invalidated and should not be used. Refunds will be processed after the conference, and the conference fee invoice will be issued as the handling fee.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
